The Fargo Pack seeks to capture the classic, familiar sound of rock and roll from the 60’s, 70’s, and 80’s – 3 decades that defined guitar tone as we know it. The iconic sound of Marshall Amplification sits at the forefront of that era, and the Fargo is one custom boutique builder’s take on the legacy established by this king of rock amplifiers. The Fargo’s 12AX7/EL34 tubes pushing 50-watts through a Gold/G12H30 speaker combo nailed the rich saturation and fat cleans that this style of amp is known for with a quality we haven’t heard much elsewhere. The Fargo’s “Decade” knob switches between JTM45 (60), Plexi (70), and JCM800 (80) tones, making this a versatile collection of profiles suitable for anything from Eric Clapton to Eric Johnson, Jimi Hendrix to Jeff Beck and beyond.
